UpGrind AI Disclaimer

UpGrind includes an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini models. This assistant is intended to help users generate tasks, navigate the app, and stay productive. By using the AI assistant, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Responses from the AI are generated by an external model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. UpGrind is not responsible for decisions based on AI suggestions.
• AI chat history is stored temporarily under your account in encrypted form to support session continuity. This data is never shared or used for profiling.
• You may reset chat history via the app interface or delete all data by deleting your account.
• You may not use the AI assistant for illegal or harmful purposes, including generating abusive or unsafe content.

We may show ads in the app. Clicking on these ads is at your own discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
