Our Mission

UpGrind was born from a simple idea: what if completing tasks felt as rewarding as leveling up in a game? We combined deep work principles with gamification to help people achieve more one focused task at a time.

The Story Behind It

Created by a developer who struggled with distractions and burnout, UpGrind started as a personal experiment. What began as a simple counter evolved into a full productivity ecosystem with XP, AI-powered task creation, and a competitive leaderboard to keep motivation high.

Made by Shourya (a.k.a. RickByte) and Amogh (a.k.a. Amogh Us). UpGrind is a passion project meticulously developed and continuously maintained by Shourya. With a deep expertise in crafting exceptional UIs and experiences, he built every aspect, from smooth front-end animations to a secure backend on Firebase and serverless functions.
